Our Physiotherapists aim to not only treat current injuries, but also provide advice and education to prevent problems recurring or even happening to begin with.
Initial and subsequent consultations will be of 30 minutes duration
Your Physiotherapist will assess/reassess your current condition and make a diagnosis
An appropriate treatment plan will be developed, taking into account your lifestyle, training and general health
Hands-on, exercise, and educational techniques will be used to treat your current condition
For any new injury, or new episode of a previously treated injury/condition that is sustained with three or more months between consultations, an initial consultation will be required again to allow for a full assessment to be conducted, diagnosis made and treatment plan developed.
Exercise Physiologists specialise in prescribing clinical exercise interventions, as well as lifestyle and behavioural modifications, for a broad range of pathological conditions. Those who can benefit from Exercise Physiology services may be at risk of developing, or have existing, medical conditions and injuries.
Our Exercise Physiologists work closely with you to design tailored exercise programs to meet your individual goals to assist with various conditions including:

Exercise Physiology Consultations:
Initial consultations will be of 60 minutes duration
Subsequent consultations will be either 30, 45 or 60 minutes, depending on your injury/condition
Exercise Class (Low Intensity)
Exercise Class (Moderate Intensity)
Exercise Class (High Intensity)
Lower Limb Reconditioning
All group classes are run by qualified Physiotherapists and are suitable for most ages, and fitness levels. Exercises prescribed during classes are targeted and modified to suit individual participant requirements, and factor in current injury management programs.
An initial 30 minute consultation is required prior to commencing classes in order to establish your current capabilities and to educate you on base techniques used in all classes.
Lower Limb Reconditioning classes are targeted towards improving and maintaining lower limb strength, and subsequently improving balance and reducing the risk of falls.
Lower Limb Reconditioning classes run for 30 minutes duration; all other classes will run for 60 minutes
Participants must book classes in advance
Maximum number of participants = 5
If you wish to join a class that is already at full capacity, you can be placed on a waiting list and will be contacted should a cancellation occur
New classes can be added to the schedule if they have at least two attendees booked in
